Sales Enablement Intern - Analytics, Project Management, and Sales Operations

Sales enablement is one key function in enabling our sales success to achieve their goals and revenue. As we continue to expand and path our ways to grow our business, there are requirements for us to continue to leverage technologies to keep track and manage our day-to-day business.
 
Our team is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and data-driven intern to play key roles in helping us understanding how we can better adopt Salesforce and keep track of our new emerging businesses, like enterprise storage systems and Lyve solutions & services. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented intern with a passion for automation and/or analytics.

About the role - you will:


●   Support key projects and system initiatives that align with Sales strategy and business needs
●   Provide day-to-day support, including administration and analytical tasks
●   Interaction with SAP, Salesforce, and internal systems, with the intention to update, run reports, and track status on activities through completion
●   Support training & key meetings coordination and communications initiatives
●   Act as an analyst for system enhancements and/or projects
●   Perform data validation to assure integrity, accuracy and consistency, identify the root cause of data inconsistencies and process defects, and implement timely corrective actions
●   Regular communication with team members to checkpoint on business status, key requirements & work with stakeholders for plan to drive improvements.

Your experience includes:


●   Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business discipline or related field and returning to school in fall 2023
●   Adapt to change gracefully and learn new technologies quickly
●   Possess keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking abilities
●   Possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
●   Project management experience
●   Possess the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and deliver them on time
●   Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
●   Proven proficiency with business intelligence and/or analysis tools (e.g., Knime, Alteryx)
●   Experience gathering data from large scale data warehouses/data marts
●   Genuine interest in learning and willingness to learn from all people, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
●   Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Powerpoint & Excel 
 
Your experience may also include: 
●   Knowledge of sales processes
●   Salesforce or other CRM tools
●   SAP or other ERP systems & process proficiency

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $19 – $28. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
