(The PU Letter for China (also known as an Invitation Letter) is a government-issued document that foreigners must receive before applying for several types of visas, such as M-visa or Q1/Q2-visas. Until the June 2022 provision, it was a must-have document also for Z-visa.)

Interview and Visa Process
Over the last few months, we have seen more than 20 candidates arrive in Shenzhen. We have overseen the whole process from start to finish.
- Interview candidate and gather relevant paperwork (Background Check, Degree, and TEFL Scanned Copies)
- Make an offer – send the contract to the candidate – the candidate signs and sends the contract back.
- Providing all paperwork is correct we will apply for notification of work. (10 – 28 days)
- Once we receive notification of work, we then apply for a PU letter (10 days)
- Email PU letter to the candidate – candidates can then apply for a Z-Visa in at their local Chinese embassy.
- Z-visa will take up to ten more days.
- The candidate receives Z-visa.
- Candidate books flight.
- The candidate arrives in China and undertakes quarantine at a local hotel.
- Once the quarantine is over the candidate will come to our office. And prepare to work.
TEFL Job Responsibilities
-Maximum of 20 lessons per week (40/45 minutes each lesson)
-Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
-Student ages: 6-11 years old
-Deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons to students
-Ensure equal participation of all students
-Complete all administrative tasks promptly
-Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
-Attend school activities, parties, and other events
Compensation
Competitive package: 16,000 to 19000 RMB per month, depending on experiences
12,000 – 17,000 RMB base salary per month
3,000 RMB living allowance per month
Contract Renewal Bonus: 4000 RMB
-Airport pickup (not including HK airport, SDE will meet you at the border) bank card, phone card, and -apartment rental assistance
-Paid flight total of 5000 RMB reimbursed in the first working month

English Teaching Jobs Requirements
-Fluent English proficiency
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-120 hour TEFL certificate required
-Teaching experience preferred but not required
