2023 Internship - Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, Instructional Design)

Are you pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Adult Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Leadership, Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, Organization Development, Human Systems, or related field? We’d love to have you join our team!
 
We're seeking interns to join our Talent Development team and Compensation/Benefits team. These teams are part of the Total Reward team. Total Rewards is the monetary and non-monetary returns provided to employees in exchange for their time, talents, efforts, and results. It is the toolkit from which an organization chooses to offer and align a value proposition that creates value for both organization to employee. Total Rewards includes the following elements: Compensation, Benefits, Recognition, Performance Management, Culture, and Talent Development.
 
As an Instructional Design Intern, you will:
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing current synchronous, instructor-led training (ILT) to convert it to asynchronous eLearning solutions.  
  • Develop Instructor Guides and Participant Guides in partnership with other Talent Development team members using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Adobe InDesign, or other software applications.
  • Partner with the Talent Development team to continue the evolution of our Leadership Development, onboarding, DEI, and/or other professional development curricula.
As a Benefit/Compensation Intern, you will:
  •  You will partner with benefits and compensation analysts to provide support on day to day assessment and projects.
  • Assist newly hired and current employees with benefit questions and enrollment.
  • Partner with compensation analysts for participation in salary surveys and performing external salary market analysis.
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to support compensation analysis needs.
  • Assist in the configuration and implementation of the rollout of the Human Resources Information System (Workday)

You meet our minimum qualifications for the internship if you...
  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Adult Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Leadership, Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, Organization Development, Human Systems, or related field.
  • Are articulate, verbally and in written form, and demonstrate good organization, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Can think proactively, identify problems and solutions, and exhibit a high level of self-initiative.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You'll exceed our expectations if you...
  • Demonstrate competency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Vyond, Powtoon, Canva, InDesign, or other immersive training technologies or design applications.
  • Have completed coursework in Graphic Design.
