Step into the spotlight and join us at the World’s Greatest Wax Museum! As a Guest Experience Host, you will help create lifelong memorable experiences for our guests and ensure that everyone has FUN! Our attraction is musically themed, and what better way to share music city than with our celebration of musical icons…Johnny Cash, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson, Reba McEntire, Luke Bryan and many more!

 

·        Enthusiastic, assertive and passionate approach to Guest Service and demonstrate the Merlin Values at every opportunity

·        Practice and deliver a strong sales approach

·        Mange the lines efficiently while ensuring you are offering optimal Guest Service

·        Comply with Health and Safety standards within the work place and maintain safety protocol for guests and team

·        Assist with cleaning and other duties as needed

 

·        Customer Service Experience

·        Fun, outgoing personality

·        Excellent communication and listening skills

·        Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
