Note: All applicants must be enrolled in an internship course for credit or required for graduation to qualify.

-Role description-

  • Assisting with end-to-end HR process
  • Vetting resumes that adhere to company vision, goals, core values
  • Assisting with Interviewing
  • Finalizing applicants into accepted, rejected, or save-for-later categories
  • Assisting with onboarding processes and handoff to the department leads
  • Provide support to all members of the team when needed

A Few Points to Note:

  • The minimum internship duration is 3 months
  • This is an unpaid practicum placement
  • All applicants must need an internship for school credit
  • All positions are remote
  • We are a Canadian-based company
  • We require mandatory meeting availability depending on different groups.
  • Work hours based in MST (Mountain Standard Time)

What Are We Looking For?

  • All applicants must be enrolled in an internship course for credit or required for graduation to qualify.
  • Currently enrolled in a program relevant to the position
  • Eager to learn and apply skills to assigned projects while working efficiently to meet deadline expectations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and strategic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
