Senior Therapist - Round Lake High School - FT - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

This location is a qualified NHSC Loan Repayment Program site. As such, staff working at this site are eligible to apply for up to $25,000 a year in student loan repayments.

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

In this role, Senior Therapist in our Round Lake High School, you will provide evaluation, psycho-social education and mentoring and treatment service to clients, assists clients in developing and accomplishing treatment goals in individual and group settings. Consultation and education to community groups, and emergency services. Competently works with clients with coexisting disorder. Responsible for providing screening, assessment, and support service to clients who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization.

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours a week
Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) with 1 evening (10:30am-7:00pm) 

Knowledge Skills Abilities and Education Required:
  • Master’s degree in a related field, and Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and 5yrs. clinical experience; or
  • Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
If in a FQHC program: 
  • Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
