The Sauk Rapids-Rice Public School District No. 47 is seeking an experienced and innovate individual to provide excellent leadership to staff, students and the community as an Elementary Principal at Rice Elementary School beginning July 1, 2023. Located in Rice, Minnesota, 20-minutes north of downtown St. Cloud and approximately 1.5 hours northwest of the Twin Cities, Rice Elementary isa. focal point for the Rice community and provides quality programs to 360+ student by 30+ staff members.

Primary Responsibilities:
— Set rigorous, clear instructional goals that professionally supports student and staff
— Create a positive school climate to establish a thriving learning culture
— Operate and manage an educational system focused on effective instruction and student achievement
— Enhance instructional capacity, shared understanding and unity amon stakeholders
— Provide leadership in developing racial, cultural, socio-economic and educational competencies that transcend differences
— Serve as the District liaison between city, county and community partners
— Serve as the instructional leader of the building
— Work with the site leadership team to develop yearly goals for the building

Qualifications:
— Experience as an elementary teacher; three-years administrative experience preferred
— Minnesota Teaching License with a Professional Administrative K-12 Principal endorsement
Contract:
235-day contract beginning July 1, 2023. Salary and benefits negotiated based on the Sauk Rapids-Rice Principal Association Agreement.
