Hospice Intern

At Home Care Hospice is offering an internship to interested students who require volunteer hours or internship experience for graduation. We will work with students to create an internship schedule based on their program's requirement and their work/school schedule.

With At Home Care Hospice, students will provide companionship to hospice patients with various terminal diagnoses, attitudes toward death and dying, and cultural and religious backgrounds. This internship exposes students to many cultures, faiths, and social and medical situations, as well as some behind-the-scenes work that is inevitable of a career in healthcare.
