Our Marketing Proposals team collaborates internationally and across disciplines and offices to tell great stories that resonate with potential clients. We thrive when we look beyond the obvious and find fresh ways to connect with clients. As part of our team, you will support offices by preparing a wide variety of proposals, prequalification documents, PowerPoint presentations, and more. You’ll work closely with our technical staff to find the best way to present our capabilities.

What you’ll do:
  • Work with the marketing team and technical staff to prepare responses to RFQs/RFPs and assemble high-quality custom packages and presentations.
  • Develop, organize, update and format Marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality, and corporate branding.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and technical leaders.

Tools you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or Journalism.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while staying detail-oriented.
  • Conscientious and flexible, willing to go the extra mile, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Compensation

The rate for this position generally is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.Benefits
