Digital Event Associate

We are looking for a tech savvy Digital Event Associate to join our Travel Group team. You will be responsible for coordinating, building, technically supporting, and executing live Video & Audio Webinars with our clients and managing podcast assets. You will also be involved in supporting the marketing functions which run in tandem with these digital events. You will get to work with internal stakeholders and will be forward facing to customers during content gathering and the live event.

This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will be located in the NY/NJ area. We also have an office in Rutherford, New Jersey for those who favor being in an office a few days a week.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the successful completion of 10-15 webinars running per month
  • Manage the promotional assets for monthly podcast sponsorships
  • Manage the delivery of reporting and leads to the client
  • Manage the webinar schedule
  • Build the webinar registration page, email confirmation and live platform
  • Gathering materials from clients
  • Pre-testing of all pages
  • Create PPT presentations for multi-branded webinars
  • Be live producer during each event

Who You Are:
  • 2 + years experience in a similar role with experience in production of webinars of virtual events
  • Previous experience in a broadcast environment
  • Strong technical passion for executing a live production
  • Thrive under live pressure
  • Makes quick decisions
  • Basic HTML and Photoshop Skills for email and registration page creation, efficient in PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly and to tight deadlines
  • Self-starter
  • Strong/proven collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • BA or BS Degree preferred

The annual base salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 and is commensurate with experience.
