Account & Operations Support Graduate

Job Family Definition:
Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
Responsibilities:

  • Follows established guidelines and procedures to develop support plans on simple product families.
  • Represents services on product core teams and provides service requirements into product development.
  • Sets product service metric goals, monitors product support business performance and identifies when corrective action is required.
  • Collaborates with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance.
  • Reports on business performance.
Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 1+ years experience in directly related business.
  • Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge and Skills:

  • Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry Need basic organizational, analytical and communication skills.
