Entry Level Compliance Reporting Analyst (Health & Safety)
Job Summary:
The Compliance Reporting Analyst - is directly responsible for working with the Health & Safety Compliance and Workers Compensation Departments in the management of injury claims reporting and auditing processes.
Essential Functions:
- Provide reporting support to Field Offices, AC/RC Group, Safety Managers and Workers Comp teams
- Interacting with and providing guidance to field support, recruiters, and salespeople regarding safety reporting issues
- Provide weekly reporting - claims management, injury, master claims, etc.
- Conduct weekly burden issue audit and execute spread/commission ineligibility and adjustments
- Assist with the identification and modification of ESIS claims data including accuracy and location structure
- Internal Audit, Process Enhancement, Controls, Due Diligence
- Assisting National & Field Office partners with questions/guidance to Client Questionnaires & Qualifications
- Drive accuracy and delivery of Regional Comparison, Risk Management, and Injury reporting
- Manage and coordinate training aids, training manuals and certifications for Health & Safety Training
- Provide Monthly Stop Loss, Incident Rate and Cost Accrual Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain company’s OSHA 300 logs and BLS online reporting
- Manage company’s online regulatory safety databases with procurement management providers: ISNETworld and Avetta
- Assist and manage the development of written health and safety related policies and programs
- Develop and implement innovative injury reporting processes and solutions
- Update internal documents and training materials as necessary
- Yearly Certificate of Insurance updates by client requirements
- Performing other ad hoc reporting and duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
- AA degree or other higher preferred
- 2 years of Customer Service experience or office related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent research, documentation and follow up skills required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
