Finance Rotational Program

The company is comprised of four operating segments:
·      Climate Solutions: (~$1.0 Billion revenues) Includes fractional HP motors, variable speed controls, and air moving solutions which are sold in the residential heating & ventilating, water heating, commercial refrigeration, and other OEM and aftermarkets. Segment headquarters is based in Fort Wayne, IN.
·      Commercial Systems:  (~$1.0 Billion revenues) Includes medium motors from fractional to 5HP, fans and blowers and Hermetic stator and rotor sets which are sold to commercial heating and ventilating, commercial kitchen and laundry markets. Segment headquarters is based in Grafton, WI.
·      Industrial Systems: (~$600 Million revenues) Includes large motors, alternators, automatic transfer switches and switchgears which are sold to agricultural, marine, oil and gas, data centers, power generation and general industry equipment markets. Segment headquarters is based in Wausau, WI.
·      Motion Control Solutions: (~2.2 Billion revenues) Constitutes products like gearing, bearings, couplings, and conveying components which are sold in a wide variety of markets including mater handling, oil & gas, beverage, and other industrial markets. Segment headquarters is based in Milwaukee, WI.
Our business is organized into four decentralized segments with strong brand equity in its respective markets as outlined below:

Scope of leadership role
The Regal Rexnord Finance Leadership Program is a 24 month rotational training program focused on developing high potential entry level finance associates.  The program combines a “learn by doing” approach with career mentoring and professional development training opportunities to accelerate associates’ early career development. Program graduates will develop competencies across various finance areas, as well as develop foundational Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) knowledge. The RBS instills a culture of continuous improvement and the program participants will be asked to leverage the latest in data analytics processes as well as drive their own created innovations. This foundation of finance and RBS fundamentals will enable Finance Rotational graduates to make valuable contributions in any of the core finance functional areas across Regal Rexnord. 
Over the course of the Finance Rotational Program, associates will complete 2-4 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord’s core finance functional areas:
1.      Accounting (6 Months)
2.      Audit (6 Months)
3.      Tax (6 Months)
4.      Treasury (6 Months)
5.      FP&A (1 Year Rotation)
6.      Operational Finance (6 Month)
 
These rotations will provide associates an opportunity to gain breadth of knowledge and experiences across four different finance areas. While in the rotational program, associates will make valuable connections between rotational assignments and will learn to integrate proven RBS methodologies into their day to day activities. Beyond the “learn by doing” training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior finance leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership.
 
The finance rotational associate can anticipate robust two-way dialogue regarding program guidance, rotational assignment planning, mentorship, and identification of well aligned post-program placement opportunities will be facilitated.
Key Responsibilities
·      Deliver results in accordance with unique goals for each rotational assignment
·      Develop technical competency in each of the various Finance functional areas of rotation
·      Building expertise & leveraging technology to influence improved ways of working (SAP, Oracle, Alteryx, Hyperion)
·      Build foundational RBS knowledge
·      Build a strong professional network across Regal Rexnord
 
Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop general business skills in one or more of the following areas:
·      Project Management
·      Kaizen Event Participation
·      Meeting Facilitation
·      Communication
·      Visual Management
·      Priority Planning
 
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
·      Excellent academic record with a B.S. or M.S. degree in related Finance fields (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.)
·      Available to begin full-time by the program start date (July 2023)
·      GPA of 3.2 or higher
·      Relevant internship, co-op, or research experience
·      Ability to travel up to 10%
