Client Service Associate

Sound View Wealth Advisors is GROWING and is looking for you. The Client Service Associate role is someone who excels in and enjoys working independently to make an impact on our clients’ lives.

This role will be based in either Statesboro, GA or Bluffton, SC. Sound View Wealth Advisors Group is an independent financial advisory firm that is dedicated and focused on serving our clients and helping them create sound financial plans for every life stage.

Responsibilities Include
·      Interaction with clients to answer questions about their accounts and schedule appointments for Financial Advisor
·      Respond to all emails and voicemails promptly
·      Follow-up with clients via phone or email for additional information requests or to make calls required to complete transactions, such as rollover requests
·      Assist the financial advisor with the preparation and submission of new and existing accounts (i.e. new account applications and paperwork, account maintenance, client forms, and client service, etc.)
·      Maintain detailed notes in the CRMs and adhere to all compliance requirements.
·      New client onboarding
·      Assist the team in executing client events
·      Preparation of ongoing client review documentation
·      Review paperwork for accuracy and submit paperwork for processing
·      Monitor transactions and paperwork processing to ensure proper approval is received and accounts are funded
Preferred Software Experience
·      Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis and presentation construction
·      Orion investment aggregator and client portal
·      Wealthbox CRM
·      eMoney Financial Planning Software
·      Fidelity WealthScape and Charles Schwab Advisor Center
Required Qualifications
·      Client-First Mentality
·      More than 1 year of previous experience in the financial services industry
·      High level of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·      Is energized by serving others with a high level of customer service
·      Is comfortable talking on the phone
·      Is an excellent multitasker with the ability to prioritize well and work independently
·      Anticipates the needs of others and thinks two steps ahead
·      Highly detail-oriented and organized
·      Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
·      Ability to learn new processes and software quickly
·      Ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation will be competitive within the industry and commensurate with experience and skills. We will also consider candidates that have some experience in a paraplanner role with expanded duties and compensation available.
