Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator—Kegerreis Digital Marketing

In this role, you will work with a team of Account Managers, Digital Marketing Coordinators, and Account Specialists to ensure client campaigns run smoothly and satisfyingly. You will be active with creative requests, research, and customer service regarding a variety of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. The Account Coordinator position is entry level professional digital marketing work. Selected candidates will receive extensive training to enable career progression in more specialized digital marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities for Account Coordinator:
·      Organize and coordinate client meeting schedules to review active campaigns with relevant team members and participants.
·      Research industry best practices and trend setting work in clients’ category of business for purposes of improving mutually beneficial revenue opportunities.
·      Fill out creative requests and ensure campaign creative aligns with client goals and seasonal opportunities through dialogue, research, and project management with creative department.
·      Travel to various events, career fairs, and trade shows as an ambassador for the company.
·      Review client’s branding and overall digital marketing strategies for areas of improvement.
·      Communicate client needs with other team members to ensure appropriate attention is given to areas of concern or opportunities for growth.
·      Assist in developing library of helpful marketing materials to explain strategies and platforms.
·      Learn how to monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
·      Be vigilant for, and active regarding, referrals and similar client relationship opportunities.
·      Be mindful of, and successful with, growing total revenue (with appropriate profitability) when client scalability is mutually valued.
·      Participate in the presentation of various reports for a variety of domains and clients.
·      Collaborate with brand marketers, digital marketing coordinators, digital marketing specialists, Account Specialists, Account Managers, and company leadership.
·      Update and organize various client campaign information into company’s CRM.
·      Communicate company core value propositions to clients and other relevant parties.
·      Prepare and deliver email marketing campaigns and unpaid social media posts.
Ideal Qualifications for Account Coordinator:
·      Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
·      Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
·      Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
·      Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
·      Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
·      Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication.
·      Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
·      Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
·      Familiarity with analyzing client's requirements and brand image, products, and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prefer Familiarity with Google Ad Words, Customer Relationship Management, Email Marketing, Social Media Engagement, and Customer Service Models.
·      Familiarity with various digital marketing terms and applications.
·      Familiarity with Social Media Advertising Platforms (Facebook/Tik Tok/ Snapchat, etc.).
·      Familiarity with Microsoft 360 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
·      A Bachelor’s Degree and/or current enrollment or certification from a Digital Marketing Bootcamp.
