This is a full-time position reporting to the Data Scientist. As a Salesforce Lightning Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors
- Ensuring proactive and ongoing communication with customers as the issue evolves throughout its case life.
- Assist the Marketing team by providing insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, and assist in key functions involving client and staff development, training, and on-going client support.
- Design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements to enhance the customer service experience.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skill and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
- The ability to solve complex software problems.
- Knowledge of computers, networking, and electronics.
- Ability to identify the cause of processing problems and delays and to establish corrective actions.
- Resolution mindset, proven experience helping users navigate the client online platform tools to a solution.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with web application development including JavaScript,
- CSS, or HTML5.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing for Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder.
- Prototyping (InVision or similar).
- Experience with web application development including CSS or HTML5.
- Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, etc.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
