MIT Program:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn about the multi-family industry to join our full-time paid Management Trainee Program. This Entry-Level Program starts in July 2023 and consists of 6-8 weeks of paid corporate training and field training designed to introduce you to this exciting industry.
 
This program will cover:

  • Property Operations
  • Leasing Apartments
  • Renewal Procedures
  • Market Studies
  • Visits to our properties
  • Shop competitor properties
  • Property Marketing Plans
  • Maintenance Procedures
  • Capital Plans
  • Emergency Procedures
  • Property Inspections
 
In addition, our trainees are provided corporate training on Fair Housing, Communication Skills and Business Etiquette. Our trainees are also introduced to accounting and accounts payable procedures.
 
After completing the Program, trainees are transferred to a property as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant. Provided with the strong foundation needed to succeed, many of our past trainees have since been promoted to Property Manager, and Regional Property Manager.
 
Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Sales oriented
  • Team building and team leading abilities
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Interest in a career in the real estate and/or multi-family residential industry

The Program will be based in our Corporate Office in Woburn, MA. The MITs will also be required to travel to different properties through the training program. 
 
At the completion of the Program, graduates are transferred to one of the properties as either a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager. In these roles, employees are often required to work weekends.
