Program Coordinator at Special Needs Camp

The Program Coordinator is a support staff/leadership position that oversees the program/activity side of camp. The Program Coordinator helps lead, supervise, and manage the activity areas of camp. They assist with the creation of schedules, special events, evening activities, and ensuring Activity Leaders have adequate plans and supplies to facilitate scheduled activities. They will support activity leaders through the planning process and may be scheduled to lead activities themselves. This position will assist with training of staff and does require more office time than other positions. Prior camp experience is required with the ability to, or willingness to learn to, provide oral and written feedback to cabin staff. Lifeguard, challenge course, and archery experience or willingness to be trained are required.
