Program Director - Narberth, PA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Planning

  • Involved in all stages of the seasonal employee life cycle including interviewing, onboarding and training, and professional development
  • Support recruiting efforts by finding, attracting, engaging, and nurturing talent
  • Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organized

Program Operations

  • Develop, launch, & execute year-round program offerings
  • Oversee the daily operations, scheduling, staff management, and general support of 5+ summer camp locations across the U.S.
  • Continually ensure that year-round & summer camp locations are maintaining excellence in program standards and staff are delivering a fun and engaging experience to all students through in-person/virtual visits and regular check-ins with site directors
  • Monitor seasonal staff performance and provide timely feedback

Customer Service

  • Deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients via phone, email, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications
  • Build and develop valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and assisting in resolving issues with empathy, tact, and patience


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years professional work experience in Education or related field
  • Degree in STEM Education (Related Field), Human Resources, Management, Business, or other related field
  • Passionate about working in EdTech and sharing new ideas
  • Quickly takes ownership of tasks and steps into leadership roles
  • An ability to troubleshoot independently & problem solve
  • Delivers on details with follow up
  • Inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
  • Open to feedback, curious, & asks questions
  • Clearance of all required background checks
  • Fully vaccinated
