Training Systems Intern

Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Quality Development department located at our Ridgefield, CT facility. As an Intern, you will assist and lead technical projects to facilitate learning principles and concepts within the training group.

 Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Utilize available technology to streamline processes and procedures
  • Develop applications/bots to facilitate information sharing, and collaboration
  • Create and train others on content that is developed.
  • Evaluate impact of new concepts and develop ideas within the scope of the training group
  • Familiar with trending data, and displaying data

Requirements:
  • Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing.
  • Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework.
  • Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least 3.200 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up).
  • Major must be related to the field of internship.

Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with SharePoint/SharePoint data bases/SharePoint Lists (Highly desirable)
  • Experience setting up Power Applications and Power Automation
  • Microsoft excel experience beyond the basics
  • Familiar with databases, and ways to display information and data creatively
 
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
