Our US Analyst Program
The US Analyst program offers an opportunity for recent college graduates interested in investment banking to actively participate in a fast-paced and challenging industry. The US Analyst position will be available for a maximum of two years – initial one year hire with one-year extension, based on performance. The goal of the US Analyst program is to develop the ideal candidate into a full-time position at the end of the two years.

Department Overview:
Within Global IT (GIT), the New York CIO Office reports to the Chief Information Officer and is in charge of:
  • Defining and managing the resources allocated to GIT
  • Coordinating, building and commenting GIT department budget, forecast and actual.
  • Managing the IT Control Plan for GIT and IT Security.
  • Supervising the IT risks by following the remediation plan.
  • Following up on the IT Internal Audit recommendations.
  • Overseeing the IT outsourced activities.
  • Coordinating the GIT transformation plan (GET IT program).
  • Managing the software licenses for the Americas.
  • Defining and implementing the GIT communication plan.

Position Description:
This position is responsible for GIT Budget over the Americas (US, Canada and Brazil) and has frequent interactions with senior and middle management of Business and Support functions
 
There are a 3 main components of the role: Budget Management, Systems Administration, and Policy; Procedure; and Systems Maintenance.

Budget:
  • Coordinate, build and comment GIT department budget, forecast and actual with GIT Managers, GIT Clients and Finance (US, Brazil and Head Office).
  • Provide recommendation to optimize budget utilization and to support GIT strategy.
  • Build and comment client invoicing to give visibility on budget consumption and forecast.
 
Systems Administration:
  • Local administration of the budget tracking systems (CRAPULL and ESSBASE).
  • Local administration of the time tracking system (DIANA) and headcount tracking system (ETS).
 
Policy, Procedure, and System Maintenance
  • Ensure the respect of policies and procedures of the Bank, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and expediency of any activity related to audits.
  • Ensure adherence to LEAN Management processes implemented in NY, especially brief, debrief and PSS.
  • Promote GIT’s values and visions of “1 Team” across all functions and geographical locations.

Key Performance Indicators for the role include:
Production of budget and headcount KPIs for the monthly IT Steering Committee.
Comment KPIs and give visibility to senior management on budget utilization and forecast.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA or BS undergraduate degree
  • Recent College Graduate (0-1 year of experience)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You will not require visa sponsorship for employment in the US now or in the future including OPT and F-1 visa

Salary Range:
$70,000 - 75,000
