Are you a college student looking to earn money in your free time while working remotely? Then look no further!

About this Job:

This position offers the unique opportunity to learn some of the basics of government contracting from a small-business perspective. BMRA is a 45-year-old business that provides certified contracting, program management and finance courses to the Federal Government. BMRA works with almost every Federal Agency and maintains a business relationship with most Federal Acquisition training offices.

Interns help prepare post-class reports, produce virtual courses in the company's virtual learning platform, Adobe Connect, and assist in office support duties such as updating company information spreadsheets and research projects.

Interns are expected to work up to at least a minimum of 20 hours a week during the working hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. If available, interns may work up to 40 hours. **We especially are looking for interns that have availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and will waive the minimum 20 hours rule if interns can be available on just Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will learn:

Students will obtain a general grasp of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Government acquisition policies from preparing post-class reports and assistance in virtual course facilitation. Furthermore, students will be exposed to procurement from a small-business perspective and come away with understanding the general difficulties experienced in satisfying Federal Government requirements. Students will have the opportunity to interact on a professional basis with consultants who are experts in their field of instruction.
