Essential Functions
Working with the Director for Student Conduct and Case Management and the Case Manager, the Graduate Assistant – Case Manager will provide support for the essential functions of student conduct adjudication and case management. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting with students who are struggling with academic, personal, or professional concerns
- Meeting with students to adjudicate alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct
- Documenting student outreach, meetings, and follow-up
- Reviewing Student Conduct and Case Management materials, including the Student Code of Conduct, the website, marketing publications, etc.
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Additional Duties
- Required QualificationsMust be enrolled full-time in a graduate degree program at UNO and must maintain full-time enrollment during the duration of the appointment
- Enrollment in a graduate degree program in Counseling, Student Affairs, Public Affairs, Social Work, or other related fields
- The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and an ability to prioritize effectively
- The successful candidate will also demonstrate an ability and aptitude for working with college students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Student Affairs work, case management, etc.
