We are creating a additional position for an organized and creative thinker who enjoys working in Social Media as it pertains to the apartment rental market.

You will be asked to review Google and Facebook Analytics to see how our SEO is changing.

You will be posting on Google, Instagram, Facebook, Zillow, Craig's List, Apartments.com, TikTok and Word Press. We want you to help us build our brand and we will teach you about leasing apartments and the business side of of a major growth industry.

If you enjoy Real Estate, our company will be an exciting place for you to work because you will be spending time building relationships in our rental communities. Another part of your role will be giving apartment tours and answering questions to prospective tenants.

A typical day might include marketing, posting to social media, checking tenant concerns, working on new designs of our Ikea kitchens and bathrooms.
