Marketing Coordinator

How you'll contribute to our vision:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll get to use your experience as an organized, data-loving digital marketer to help optimize our campaign operations, refine our reporting processes, and take our growth to the next level.

How you’ll spend your days:
Operations
  • Coordinate tasks and organize our project management system to keep the team on track with deadlines
  • Create and update the status of campaign task cards for each Customer Value Journey stage in Trello, ensuring all due dates and asset types are aligned with Marketing content and campaign calendars
Tracking & reporting
  • Own reporting of KPIs from ad channels and the KCM website, including email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing
  • Update dashboards on leads, free trials, and upgrades on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Track Marketing progress toward goals and manage communication with the team
Customer service support
  • Manage our marketing inbox, providing customer service support to prospective Members
  • Assist with comment monitoring on organic and paid social posts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Email marketing
  • Coordinate the production of email marketing materials and manage the delivery schedule
  • Send daily broadcast emails to segmented lists and report on the success of subject lines, CTAs, and conversion metrics
  • Assist with updating copy and optimizing conversion rates for automated email workflows attached to lead magnet and webinar campaigns
Marketing collateral
  • Assist our content/creative team to produce high-converting marketing copy & creative assets
  • Help build and maintain our archive of graphics, videos, and copy for our main marketing channels, including paid and organic social posts, email, and website

What you'll need to succeed:
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and/or content marketing)
  • Experience with data tracking and reporting – ability to pull data and manage KPI dashboard reports
  • Exemplary organizational skills
  • Interest in learning and growing as a marketer
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Ability to manage a Test-and-Learn agenda

Bonus points if you have:
  • Certification(s) in digital advertising (ex: DigitalMarketer, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Digital marketing strategy experience
  • Copywriting experience
  • Familiarity with campaigns/funnels within a CRM
  • Experience building web pages in a CMS (ex: WordPress)
  • Proficiency working with Google Analytics, Excel, and other data analytics tools
  • Knowledge of content marketing and how it integrates into advertising strategy
  • Experience or interest in the real estate industry and/or SaaS business
