Business Analyst Intern

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
 
Are you excited to put the classroom knowledge you have learned so far into action? Come spend the summer of 2023 with an industry leader in aggregates. This position will have the opportunity to tackle new challenges and projects and gain real world working experience. You will have lots to talk about when you return to school in the fall!
  • Work on short task assignments, as required, with process owners to identify, report, and document process defects and improvement opportunities
  • Support Quality and Process Improvement project managers in data gathering, documentation preparation and data analysis related to ESG
This position will be based in Irving, TX
 
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Current sophomores, juniors, seniors or MBA students working toward a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Science with an interest in digital transformation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify key drivers for operational and financial performance and how they interdepend
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant change
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and expertise, specifically Excel, Access, Power Point and Word
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of pivot tables, complex formulas, formatting, and data manipulation
  • Tableau and/or SAP experience considered a bonus
