Centric Consulting is hiring an intern who has an interest and wants to learn Salesforce. This role is focused on working on delivering Salesforce Cloud solutions to our clients all across the US. Our program provides interns with hands-on experience working on our Salesforce project teams. The learning experience will include self-guided learning, mentor coaching, and networking with different leadership members. You will be working with a team that is responsible for new and existing clients, setting up new Salesforce instances, advancing existing client usage and on occasion providing ongoing operational support. You will be supporting the expansion and diversification of Centric’s Salesforce consulting services across the Salesforce platform. This will include opportunities to advance your understanding of both Salesforce, and other platforms in the Salesforce eco-system, while striving to create unmatched experiences for clients and fellow employees. Our Salesforce team empowers clients to leverage platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to remain competitive and keep pace with rapidly changing technologies.

In this role, you will:
Project Delivery (primary responsibility)
• Work as a team member to deliver Salesforce solutions to clients
• Participate in client facing project kickoff meetings, ongoing project status meetings to provide delivery excellence for our Salesforce projects
• Work closely with our team of Salesforce architects, admins and developers to solution and deliver projects. This may include working with other onshore remote teams members.
• Work with team members, and on occasion clients, to define scope and approach for Salesforce projects
• Structure and present recommendations to internal team members, and on occasion to all project team members including clients
• Provide solution training for clients as necessary
• Manage time between multiple clients and projects, as necessary
• Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues in Sales Cloud
• Identify core operational issues and propose new work streams, application solutions, and process improvements for core business units
• Document system configuration and administrative processes
• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
Business Development (minor responsibility)
• Assisting in supporting sales proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses, as necessary
• Participate in the Salesforce community (e.g. Salesforce User Groups, Trailhead, etc.)
Practice Management (minor responsibility)
• Work collaboratively with other Centric team members to provide clients with solutions that include Salesforce and may also extend beyond.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, formally or informally, with other Centric team members
• Contribute to build-out of materials: case studies, marketing and sales collateral, as necessary
