SLP Speech Language Pathologist & Clinical Fellowship Year (RPE) + Training

***SLP license or RPE license Required ***
**Master's Degree Required**

Speech Improvement Center is a California-based private practice specializing in Speech Therapy. We apply our experience, knowledge, and expertise when it comes to speech in working with the Pediatric population only, and most of our visits are in clinic with few exceptions (teletherapy).

What you can expect from us:
  • If you just graduated and this is your first Speech Pathologist job, don't worry. We don't require prior experience since we will train you once you start.
  • We have many levels of support, starting from our corporate office and recruiters, your assistant manager and manager at the center, your area manager, your supervisor, our area therapist trainer, your coworkers at the center, and 50+ amazing SLP's, CFY's, and SLPA's all with unique experiences that can provide you support and guidance when you need.

Who are we looking for:
We seek passionate SLP's who want to develop themselves. We are a growing company, and in order to continue expanding, we need therapists who also want to grow and develop themselves both clinically and individually.
We provide diverse training to Speech Language Pathologists who join our team. The first week of you joining our company, you will go through detailed training and shadowing before starting therapy. You will also go through 3 trainings within six months with the company that are designed to enhance your communication and patient care skills.

If you are interested in leadership positions, you have the option of going through our leadership trainings which will develop you as a leader and open career advancement opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and speech screenings at one of our clinics.
  • Research fun games and homework for parents to practice therapy with their children.
  • Provide one on one therapy for patients and consult family members on therapy sessions.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review new cases and progress of current cases.
  • Weekly team meetings, group huddles, and clinical meetings

Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
