Springer Capital is engaged in Capital Advisory for APAC Private Equity and Asset management to make financial investments into Real Estate and other Sectors in the US markets.
Springer is seeking an IT Server and Virtual Machine Engineer intern to join the Technology side of the company. The internship can be onsite in Shanghai or conducted remotely. The start date of the internship is flexible. The internship is unpaid.

Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop a project plan to support time management and successful completion of the assigned strategic initiatives
- Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions. Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
· Utilizing communication skills clearly to help your colleagues understand the “why”. May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
· Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
- Research possible solutions and build a roadmap for implementation
- Provide the organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables while utilizing data analysis and technology to create results
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive work style.
· Ability to work independently towards a goal, efficiently managing time and resources.
· Proficiency in business software, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
· Energetic and hardworking individual with a willingness to learn
· Ability to prioritize workload when required
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Coding languages such as JavaScript, C++, PHP, etc. will be appreciated, however, this is not a requirement
You will also be involved in finance and investment projects if interested.
While this position is unpaid, it can be used to receive course credit at partner universities.

The internship enrollment period is flexible. The expected hours are 20 per week for ~3 months. Upon completion, you will receive an internship confirmation letter, or you can apply to your school for internship credit.
