Concentration: Risk Management

Location: Quantico/Stafford, Virginia Security Clearance: Secret Clearance

Status: Full-time/Exempt

Seeking a Program Analyst II to provide support to our PM AAA customer. Specific tasks and requirements may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Experience: Four (4) years of related progressive professional work experience in Acquisition Program Management and Risk Management required. Experience in Financial Management is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and managing the customer’s Risk Management (RM) process

• Draft, staff, and maintain the RM Plan

• Analyze RM processes

• Develop metrics by which to measure and monitor key RM process phases

• Conduct in-depth analysis

• Evaluate program artifacts

• Track all program risks, issues, and opportunities

• Maintain and update a repository of risk and risk mitigation based upon RM Board (RMB) results

• Draft, update, and impart the Risk Advisory Board, RMB, and Risk Working Group briefing packages to team personnel

• Develop RM slides for inclusion in the Program Management Review briefing packages

• Coordinate personnel training in Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management

Specific Requirements:

• Experience with tactical Family of Vehicles programs

• Familiarity with Marine Corps Systems Command organization and procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
