Real Estate Financial Modeling – Remote
Springer Capital is engaged in Capital Advisory for APAC Private Equity and Asset management to make financial investments into Real Estate and other Sectors in the US markets.
Springer is seeking a real estate financial modeling intern to join the company. The internship can be onsite in Shanghai or conducted remotely. The start date of the internship is flexible. The internship is unpaid.

Responsibilities:
· Model real estate transactions in excel
· Analyze investment projects to identify above average project return
· Read Investment Memorandums to extra key data to model
· Adjust our financial models as needed in addition to inputting assumptions
What We Are Looking For:
· Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
· Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate major
· Able to work independently under competing deadlines
· Financial Modelling Skills
· Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential

The internship enrollment period is flexible. The expected hours are 20 per week for ~3 months. Upon completion, you will receive an internship confirmation letter, or you can apply to your school for internship credit.
