International Equity Capital Advisory Analyst - Remote

Springer Capital is engaged in Capital Advisory for APAC Private Equity and Asset management to make financial investments into Real Estate and other Sectors in the US markets.

Springer is seeking an International Equity Capital Advisory Analyst intern to join the company. The internship can be onsite in Shanghai or conducted remotely. The start date of the internship is flexible. The internship is unpaid.

Job Highlights 
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in evaluating new investment opportunities and preparing investment materials. With Springer’s global presence, you will be able to learn about real estate projects across Springer’s targeted locations. 
 
What you will do as an intern: 
  • Support supervisor and director to develop quantitative and qualitative evaluations of real estate investment projects 
  • Keep abreast of market news and recent transactions in Springer’s targeted locations 
  • Understand relevant data such as market comps and project cash flow 
  • Regularly communicate with real estate developers and limited partners for investment information

  • Interns will have group calls with the director and supervisors regularly for up-to-date and constructive feedback 
  • Greater leadership and responsibilities will be given to interns based on work quality

Technical and Legal Information
The internship enrollment period is flexible. The expected hours are 20 per week for ~3 months. Upon completion, you will receive an internship confirmation letter, or you can apply to your school for internship credit.
