QR Center Tutor/ Math and Computer Science Tutor

QR Tutors work with individuals or small groups in a variety of Math/CS courses to provide helpful tools and feedback, to promote success, and to help develop quantitative reasoning skills and understanding. They aim to assist students and promote a deeper understanding of course content.
Tutors should have:
-excellent Math/CS skills
-a final grade of B+ or higher in courses they wish to tutor
-excellent communication skills
-patience and a willingness to help
-willingness to attend training sessions
-the ability to work at least 3-6 hours per week
Preferred skills include:
-Knowledge of various computer programs associated with Math/CS courses
