Human Resources Recruiter Intern

Interns will be supervised by Human Resources Director, Charlotte Mateo. They will undergo a program that allows them to learn about digital marketing, content creation, and web design. Then, interns are given access to iDayDream Studios resources to fulfill their tasks to the best of their ability with guidance from Charlotte Mateo, and their internship’s respective field expert. Interns will be monitored daily and receive feedback including progress checks throughout the day to examine their work. Our goal is for our interns to reach their full potential, and gain confidence and experience that prepares them for their future endeavors.

About your responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain job descriptions
  • Publish job description on multiple job boards 
  • Screen resume 
  • Create, share and review assessment form
  • Schedule interview 
  • Interview candidates 
  • Send positive and negative feedback with candidates
  • Assist in New Employee Onboarding and post-hire processing 
  • Assist with pre-hire documentation requirements 
  • Help improve training for new hires 
  • Help improve HR systems and procedures

About your profile:

  • Degree/profile in Business, Marketing, Graphic design, Communication, etc.
  • Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Business-oriented and open-minded
  • Good communication skills 
  • Able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease 
  • Self-assured, persistent and patient  
  • Able to cope with pressure 
  • Flexible and adaptable 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team 
  • Ability to work under pressure and not be discouraged 
  • Ability to multi-task and take on large volumes of open positions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
