Associate Client Development Manager, Emerging Brands

The Associate Client Development Manager, Emerging Brands Mfrs (Assoc. CDM) is responsible for supporting digital strategy and execution of his/her assigned CPG clients’ digital promotions. In close partnership with Sales, he/she will meet and exceed revenue targets and client goals for digital load to card offers. Along with Client Development Executives (CDE) the Assoc. CDM will ensure that clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the services and products that Inmar delivers. The Assoc. CDM will monitor performance to optimize and refine CPGs’ digital promotions, as well as create internal benchmarks and expectations to improve the LTC programs overall.
 
Primary Accountabilities: 
 
Execution (50%)
    * Develop recommendations that align with overall client KPIs and/or individual campaign goals; must be able to articulate and defend strategy
    * Help clients understand the requirements for a complete digital campaign insertion order and asset package; reviewing delivered assets and insertion orders for completion; resolve potential issues during campaigns
    * Create compelling client-ready assets to motivate and inspire stakeholders, focusing on the clear and concise communication of data-driven recommendations
    * Work closely with CDEs on CPG clients’ digital promotions strategies, ongoing contract management, contract renewal and expansion opportunities
    * Establish relationships with assigned client(s)
    * Manage status tracking of estimates/proposals, currently live offers, purchase order information, and reporting
    * In consultation with CDEs, ensure accuracy of Salesforce.com entries/Opportunities for Load to Card offers
 
Strategic (50%)
    * Perform daily and weekly analysis of reporting for active client offers; compare actual performance to expected performance
    * Research inconsistencies or client questions related to reporting
    * Provide optimization recommendations to the client and manage any resultant updates with the Digital Operations team
    * Prepare supplemental reporting, as requested
    * Partner with CDEs to develop and deliver post-event analysis with holistic campaign recap and actionable insights and recommendations for future programs and opportunities
    * Develop expertise on industry trends, technology, and best practices of relevance to digital promotions
    * Have a base-level understanding of all of Inmar’s Media & Data solutions
    * Ensure the client understands the value of the services available and being received to ensure renewals with increased value to the company
    * Perform other duties as assigned
 
Required Qualifications: 
    * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related industry
    * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partner management, digital media and/or CPG Account Management  
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Strong project management skills; acute attention to detail and organization
    * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks requiring follow-up and meeting deadline(s); must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere
    * Experience with data sources and visualization tools preferred
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Suite
