Project Manager – ServiceNow Implementation
Location: Suffolk, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance
Travel Requirement: Ability to travel 10%

As part of our growth, we are searching for a Project Manager – ServiceNow Implementation. This position is based in Suffolk, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Support to Customer to aid in implementing the ServiceNow platform
- Support includes project management, feature evaluation, documenting research findings, recommendations, Course Of Action (COA), positive and negative impacts, etc... Using prescribed formats such as point papers and/or MS PowerPoint briefs, emails, and in-briefs to leadership, in person or remote as feasible
- Provide ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) project Management support for implementation of the ServiceNow platform in coordination with the Customer provided ServiceNow project plan
- Manage the project planning documentation (e.g., project plan, briefs, etc.) in Microsoft Office products (e.g., MS Project)
- Coordinate Customer divisional requirements tracking
- Liaise between Customer and ServiceNow vendor
- Train Customer personnel as necessary to assist in implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow environments (e.g., Dev, Test, Prod)
- Provide status reports for performance, schedule tracking, project issues, etc.

Requirements:
- Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience performing the job duties listed above
- Technical Training in relevant technical field
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance and be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy and Siebel
- Experience in interfacing with ServiceNow applications for Tableau data visualization and business intelligence products
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification
- 2+ years of experience with IT service management (ITSM) development and integration, including ServiceNow or Remedy
- Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
