Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location:  Bethesda, MD or Remote

As part of our growth, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our stellar team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full life cycle recruitment in support of our technical programs in the cleared space.
- Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential and existing candidates, managers, and other key contacts.
- Creatively source candidates through various avenues and plan and implement "out-of-the-box" recruiting methods.
- Pre-screen, qualify, and interview candidates for hire; market company and benefits; calculate and extend employment offers; ensure proper compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
- Coordinate communications with applicants throughout the entire recruiting process to include notification of non-selection to candidates, negotiating and presenting the offers, as well arranging the onboarding date.
- Partner with leadership and HR to tackle hiring goals and strategically lead initiatives to enhance recruiting capabilities.
- Attend job fairs and hiring functions as needed.
- Leverage social media and recruitment tools to actively market and cultivate talent with our targeted profiles.
- Create candidate pipelines to track upcoming opportunities and assist in strategic planning.
- Maintain candidate workflow and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) along with developing applicable progress reports with management.
- Participate in program kickoff meetings.

Requirements:
- A minimum of three years experience performing full life cycle technical recruiting of talent with clearances either in a staffing or corporate environment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities leveraging Boolean searches, job boards, applicant databases, and social media.
- Consistently demonstrate integrity and collaboration to deliver effective recruitment results using industry best practices.
- Results-oriented entrepreneurial drive with outstanding organizational skills.
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing, collaborating, and developing productive relationships with senior leadership and line managers.
- In response to Executive Order 14042 and accompanying Task Force Guidance, all GRSi employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 4, 2022, unless a medical or religious accommodation is formally approved by GRSi prior to the start of employment.
