Marketing Communications Spring Co-op

What's the role?


We’re looking to provide an opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the company, our products and how our operations drive the growth of Hilti’s business. Through the completion of value-added projects and day-to-day tasks, the position supports various projects on our Concrete Sensors team.

Concrete Sensors provides the commercial construction industry with an easy-to-use platform to predict and monitor concrete behavior. Their integrated platform combines a wireless concrete sensor, a concrete testing lab and mix design database with cloud software and analytics to provide the most accurate prediction of concrete strength in the industry.

Our spring co-op is a great opportunity to bring talent into the organization and expose our interns to Hilti as a future employer. This role will be focused on helping to create marketing assets for the Hilti Concrete Sensors solution. Marketing assets are needed to support the promotion of the solution to the customer base and the Hilti sales teams.

Activities will include:
  • Copy writing for several types of assets including brochures, blogs, videos, how-tos and advertisements
  • Researching solution topics with the team using internal and external resources
  • Coordinating messaging with the team and Hilti’s market organizations

What you need is:

  • Are in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other business-related major
  • Graduate between Spring 2022 and Spring 2024
  • Results driven and proactive, able to achieve targets
  • Strong writing & communication skills, creative, innovative, and open-minded
  • Are eligible to work in the United States permanently, without sponsorship
