Sales Representative, New University Graduate

About the Team


We’re looking for a current or recent graduate Corporate Sales Representative for the Corporate Sales Development (CSD) team. Our team will offer you an opportunity to develop effective prospecting and selling strategies, while making long-standing relationships with potential customers. You will be at the forefront of Workday’s growing influence in the market, as you position Workday as a viable alternative to business software solutions that are chained to the past.

About the Role


Corporate Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating net-new qualified leads and opportunities within the North American market. In close collaboration with the field sales organization and with the marketing team, CSD’s take part in cold and warm campaigns, evolve and establish relationships within prospective accounts to build a strategic business approach to improve pipeline.

  • Your written and verbal communication skills are strong, which complement your ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Driven by growth, development, and learning through constructive feedback and mentoring. While being an inventive, independent self-starter.
  • General understanding of the cloud technology landscape.


Basic Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) bachelor, Master’s degree
  • Experience in or course work related to sales, customer service, account management
  • You have had an internship or similar experience in prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting
