Project Manager - Industrial Foods Construction
A next-level builder is urgently hiring an Industrial Project Manager. Experience in ground up constrcution of industrial food processing plants and cold storage buildings are a huge bonus. Company plane provided for any travel required (once every two weeks).
Education Required:
- A Degree in Engineering, Structural or Construction is required
- Minimum of 3 years performing as a Project Manager
Required Skills (2-3 years):
- Work in Progress
- Scheduling with Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Subcontractor management
- Change order management
- Proven history of managing multi-million dollar projects is a major bonus
Desired Skills (2-3 years):
- Project Planning
- Site Location Assistance
- Property Acquisitions
- Architecture & Engineering Design
- Preconstruction
- General Contracting (Design / Bid / Build)
- Design / Build / Lease
Past Performance:
- Minimum of 2 past projects must be provided (name/scope/milestones)
