Account Operations Assistant

An Account Operations Assistant 1 position in West Palm Beach, Florida is currently available with Belcan. To be considered for this role the candidate is responsible for all administrative support duties pertaining to the Customer Business Lead, including updating weekly reports, data mining and data entry, managing multiple inboxes, meeting arrangement, and taking meeting notes.  

Description: 

Provides administrative assistance to the Customer Business Lead. This position supports the Business Lead with administrative tasks, analysis of data, and business coordination activities. Must be highly analytical, self-driven and detailed oriented. Works independently and acts on routine matters in the absence of the supervisor. Communicates and collaborates extensively across multiple Belcan locations and functional disciplines. Works on analytical and business-related projects as assigned.

Essential Functions:
* Responsible for all administrative support duties pertaining to the Customer Business Lead, including updating weekly reports, data mining and data entry, managing multiple inboxes, meeting arrangement, taking meeting notes, following up on meeting actions.  
* Prepare and maintain organizational reports and records, with follow-up on pending matters as appropriate. 
* Coordinates and creates routine and ad hoc reports, presentations and correspondence as well as managing various sources of electronic information.
* Provide high level support in gathering, analyzing, and compiling data in charts and presentations (e.g. Weekly and Monthly Metrics Reports, etc).
* Coordinate / support other business-related projects as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications:
* Associates Degree from an accredited institution required
* Minimum of 3 years office experience supporting mid to senior level managers.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
* No relocation is offered for this position. Only candidates located within 50 miles of West Palm Beach, FL will be considered for the position.


Position Criteria:
* Very strong Excel skills required.
* Must be proficient in other Microsoft Suite software to include: PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
* Ability to compile and analyze data in order to determine trends and possible actions.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete requests and assignments in a timely manner.
* Ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to deal with interruptions, changing priorities, and deadlines.
* Well developed skills in effectively and comfortably interacting with management, employees, internal and external customers, and outside contacts.
* Strong independent decision-making, problem-solving and collaborative skills.
* Detail oriented, well organized, and must work well in both a team and individual environment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong computer skills to quickly learn and utilize other computer software programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Pay range: $19-$24/hr
