Administrative Specialist, Community Leadership

As part of the Community Leadership Team, the Administrative Specialist, Community Leadership will work to support and coordinate trustee and committee engagement activities, administration and processes with internal and external volunteer leadership audiences.
 
The incumbent will support the usage and maintenance of the tools, assist with developing resources and developing and providing communications to internal & external audiences to ensure that leadership volunteers follow the Society’s by-laws and Governance Policies. 
 
The incumbent must be a strong and detail orientated collaborator in working with senior leadership for effective meeting management including all the work of the Community Leadership
Department and National Board of Directors.
 
This role will interface and communicate with regularly with the National Board of Directors Community Leadership Committee as well as the team of 31 market leaders that lead our local presence and market teams across the organization.
