Administrator, Secondary Principal - Middle East
NICS operates 15 international Christian schools in 13 countries. NICS is looking for teachers and administrators who are passionate about sharing their faith in and out of the classroom. Our students represent over 100 countries and are primarily the children of businessmen, military personnel, missionaries, diplomats, and embassy staff.
Job Summary/Objective:
OIS is looking for an experienced academic leader with a heart for collaboration, a vision for a robust secondary program, and a sharing of OIS values to be happy, humble, and hardworking.
Reports to:
School Director
General Responsibilities:
- Assist the school administration in accomplishing the academic goals of the school
- Assist in supervision of teaching faculty and staff
- Assist in organizing professional development for faculty
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents and the community
Qualifications
The candidate must possess the following:
- Current state or provincial issued certification
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership
- Experience in teaching and administration in an international or cross-cultural environment
