Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) iperforms outbound sales prospecting in order to generate and qualify new leads. By utilizing various methods and messaging for prospect outreach the SDR will manage and maintain a lead pipeline. The SDR will also collaborate with Sales team colleagues to inform and refine customer acquisition opportunities.

This position offers a base salary with uncapped commission, 85% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(K), 3-weeks PTO plus a flexible schedule with every 3rd Friday off (17 more days!).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
  • Previous sales, cold calling and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
