Program Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator:
  • Provide assistance with our third-party, corporate mass e-mail system, including approvals and distribution of member communications
  • Provide administrative support to the project team
  • Data collection and data entry
  • Drafting and editing of emails and reports
  • Attend meetings and take comprehensive notes / minutes
  • Research and summarize resources and policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Program Coordinator:
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • One year+ of administrative support and data entry experience
  • Tech-savvy and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
  • Ability to work remotely
