Program Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator:
- Provide assistance with our third-party, corporate mass e-mail system, including approvals and distribution of member communications
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Data collection and data entry
- Drafting and editing of emails and reports
- Attend meetings and take comprehensive notes / minutes
- Research and summarize resources and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Program Coordinator:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- One year+ of administrative support and data entry experience
- Tech-savvy and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Ability to work remotely
