Internship at Immigration Law Firm

We are a busy, innovative immigration firm located in Falls Church, Virginia. Our office consists of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff. We are currently looking for an experienced paralegal to help our firm change people’s lives. We strive to recognize and reward those who are driven and deliver results. Internship Position:
We currently have one to two openings for an intern in a small firm, focusing on immigration law. The interns will work closely with the attorneys and the assistants at the firm. The firm is located in Falls Church, Virginia and specializes in immigration law.
Intern Duties:
The typical duties for the receptionist include but, are not limited to, the following:
- Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival
- Schedule clients to meet with you for form completion
- Effectively and coherently communicate with attorneys, office staff, and clients
- Photocopy and scan documents
- Prepare and mail letters to clients
- Draft and prepare documents for attorney review
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma
- Fluency in the English and Spanish languages
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint, and Google Voice
- Reliable transportation
- Business attire
