Speech Language Pathologist

SLP- Speech Language Pathologist
SLPA- speech language pathologist assistant overseen by speech language pathologist- needs a bachelor's degree
Credentials – Master Degree, CA License and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competencies) 
CFY – strong CFY candidates may be considered – SLP signs off on hours
- The speech-language pathology clinical fellowship year (CFY) is a 36-week experience where they transition from being a student to being an independent provider of speech-language pathology (SLP) clinical services
Experience – school experience highly preferred; school district to determine
Caseload – SLP’s usually work with 50 -60 students this varies within each district
Sites – may cover multiple school sites; ensure they’re comfortable traveling, schools are typically within the same vicinities 1-2 miles distance
Grade Level – K-12; each districts varies.
Population – mild, moderate and severe (conditions of students)
Schedule – M-F; 32-40 hrs. Per Week
