Seagate Enterprise Product Marketing Summer Intern

Location:  Longmont, CO, US

About our group:

Seagate's Enterprise Product Marketing Team supports a cutting-edge product portfolio of data center class storage devices, systems and services. We develop go-to-market strategies, new product launches, branding, messaging, positioning, product training and externally-facing marketing assets. We also act as spokespeople for press and analyst interactions.


About the role - you will:

  • Work with teams, individual creative professionals, web developers, project managers, product managers and agencies in writing, designing, editing and organizing of digital marketing assets, sales tools, product launch materials and websites. 
  • Articulate and document key value propositions and story lines for data center class storage solutions. 
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, quality/consistency, impactfulness and completeness of messaging, voice and brand identity across all projects. 
  • Execute presentation design and production. 
  • Assist with product positioning, competitive analysis and brand storytelling through research, corporate presentation development and social media. 


About you:

  • Strong conceptual skills, a meticulous eye for detail/quality, and the ability to visualize success and take a project from inception to completion. 
  • Demonstrates strong customer service 
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional as you will be working on an international team environment. 
  • Will take direction and drive iterative rounds of work to deliver impactful results that meet or exceed objectives 
 

Your experience includes:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology or other related degree 
  • Must be enrolled in school fall of 2022 and be available to start May/June for summer internship 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, MS Office Suite, HTML and social media marketing knowledge preferable. 
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple demanding projects to meet aggressive deadlines. 
  • Multilingual proficiency a plus 
 
Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base hourly range for this position: $17-21. Actual range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
