Why Work With Our Audit Team

Reporting to Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers, you will be the primary point of contact of clients and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the Audit team. As the Audit Manager, you will lead a team of Associates and Sr. Associates who will look to you for mentorship, development & training opportunities and, ensure service level excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing top 100 firm in Charleston, WV.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
  • Analyze and research accounting and auditing matters, and develop effective solutions
  • Manage a team of Associates and Sr. Associates, and provide training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Participate in professional and community events and activities

What You Need To Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
  • 7+ Years of public accounting or relevant experience
  • Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • A passion for client service excellence with a commitment to effective communication, organization, analytics, team first mindset, continuous education and, performance management
