Victim/Witness Assistance Program Intern

Interns in the Gloucester Victim/Witness Assistance Program will have the opportunity to provide support services to victims of crime,  observe court proceedings, provide information on a victim's rights through the criminal justice process, and assist with the clerical needs of the program. Interns will help crime victims by providing support through their court case through services such as court accompaniment, advance notification of changes in their criminal case, and assisting with protective order petitions. Interns learn how to provide trauma informed advocacy services and aid crime victims in their recovery process.
